摘要
高职教育的“类型化”定位,使高职院校社会主义核心价值观培育具有区别于本科院校的特点与优势。“具象化”符合人的认识规律、顺应高职学生的心理特点,具有使抽象理论可感、可识、可触的优势。从品德心理结构和思想政治教育要素理论入手,高职院校社会主义核心价值观培育的“具象化”机制构建思路是以课堂教育提高价值认知,实现唯书到唯实的转化;以心理滋育促进情感认同,促进形而上向现实生活转变;以实践培育推动价值践行,巩固外化于行到固化为常。
The "typed" characteristics of higher vocational education make the cultivation of socialist core values have characteristics and advantages that are different from those of undergraduate colleges. "Concretization" conforms to the laws of human cognition, conforms to the psychological characteristics of higher vocational students, and has the advantage of transforming abstract theories into sensible, identifiable, and tactile methods for students. Starting from the theory of moral psychological structure and the elements of ideological and political education, this paper puts forward that the idea of constructing a concrete mechanism for the cultivation of socialist core values in higher vocational colleges is as follows: improve value cognition through classroom education, and realize the transformation from book-only to fact-based;psychological nourishment promotes emotion recognition promotes the transformation from metaphysics to real life;promotes value practice through practice cultivation, and consolidates externalization from deeds to solidification.
