现代学徒制下的高职院校学生思想政治教育工作创新研究

Research on the Innovation of Ideological and Political Education of Higher Vocational College Students under the Modern Apprenticeship System

现代学徒制是我国职业教育改革发展的重要举措。现代学徒制人才培养模式下教学环境、教学主体、管理环境的变化,为高职院校的学生思想政治教育工作带来了新的挑战。为此,文章提出了健全思想政治工作管理制度、强化“校企双师”队伍建设、构建良好的文化育人机制、构建协同式课程思政育人机制的工作建议和措施。

Modern apprenticeship system is an important measure for the reform and development of vocational education in China. The changes of teaching environment, teaching subject and management environment under the modern apprenticeship talent training mode have brought new challenges to the ideological and political education of students in higher vocational colleges. Therefore, this paper puts forward some suggestions and measures to improve the management system of ideological and political work, strengthen the construction of the "school enterprise double teacher" team, build a good cultural education mechanism, and build a collaborative curriculum ideological and political education mechanism.
