摘要
针对笼型异步电动机常见的气隙偏心、转子断条和匝间短路故障,开发了故障诊断系统。该系统包括信号采集、信号处理、特征提取及故障识别4个模块,气隙偏心和转子断条故障可以利用傅里叶变换后的电流数据,采用差分方法判断特征点处是否存在突变来实现,匝间短路故障可以利用派克变换后的电流数据生成图像,通过其圆度来实现。
Considering the common fault of squirrel-cage asynchronous motor such as air gap, broken bar, and turn-turn short circuit, a diagnosis system was developed. The system is composed of four parts including signal acquisition, signal processing, feature extraction and fault identification functions. The air gap and broken bar fault can be realized based on the data of fast Fourier transform of the current using the finite difference method. The turn-turn circuit fault can be realized based on the data of Park transformation of current using the roundness of the image.
