摘要
当前,中国经济发展正面临着技术进步、产业升级的困境,而知识型人才是推动技术创新的源泉。因此,对知识型低龄老年教师进行有效的开发不失为一种积极主动的应对措施。基于此,通过在全国五省(市)范围内发放问卷的形式获得第一手数据,基于三元交互决定论和马斯洛需求层次理论,利用Logistic回归分析,对知识型低龄老年教师再工作意愿的影响因素进行探究,并提出可供选择的路径,以期能够有效应对人口老龄化,解决高技术人才短缺的问题,保障低龄教师继续实现个人价值,促进社会经济可持续发展。
At present,China’s economic development is facing the dilemma of technological progress and industrial upgrading,and knowledge-based talents are the source of promoting technological innovation.Therefore,the effective development of knowledge-based young teachers can be regarded as a proactive measure.Based on this,first-hand data was obtained in the form of questionnaires distributed in five provinces and cities in China.Based on ternary interactive determinism and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,Logistic regression analysis was used to actively explore the influencing factors of knowledge-based young teachers'willingness to work again and alternative paths are put forward.The purpose is to effectively cope with the aging of population,solve the problem of high-tech talent shortage,to ensure that young teachers continue to realize individual value,and promote the sustainable development of social economy.
