摘要
随着经济日益发展与人口逐步老龄化,加之百姓生活水平和健康意识的逐渐提高,医药与医疗器械市场逐步扩大。基于SCP(结构-行为-绩效)模型分析医疗器械行业的市场结构、市场行为和市场绩效。结果发现,医疗器械市场发展迅速,但主要为中低端产品,且企业创新能力不足,企业分布呈现“多、小、散”的特点。与国际市场相比,在市场集中度、产品结构、创新能力方面都具有较大的差距。建议通过合并提高市场集中度,鼓励企业持续自主创新,提高产品差异化水平,从而提升医疗器械行业的市场绩效。
With the increasing economic development and population aging,and the gradual improvement of people’s living standards and health awareness,the market of medicine and medical devices has gradually expanded.The market structure,market behavior and market performance of medical device industry are analyzed based on SCP(structure-conduct-performance)model.The results show that the medical device market is developing rapidly,but it is mainly medium and low-end products,and the innovation ability of enterprises is insufficient.The distribution of enterprises presents the characteristics of“many,small and scattered”.Compared with the international market,there is a big gap in market concentration,product structure and innovation ability.It is suggested to improve the market concentration through merger,encourage enterprises to continue independent innovation and improve the level of product differentiation,so as to improve the market performance of the medical device industry.
