成渝地区双城经济圈制造业集聚水平测度分析

Measurement of Manufacturing Agglomeration Level in Chengdu-Chongqing Economic Circle

成渝地区双城经济圈是国家西部的制造业重镇,了解其制造业集聚水平有助于破解制约区域实体经济高质量发展的行业瓶颈。基于成渝地区双城经济圈2011年和2019年的数据,运用区位熵指数法测度并分析制造业集聚水平。结果显示:成渝地区双城经济圈制造业的整体集聚状况不够理想,行业优势领域不多;2011—2019年成渝地区双城经济圈制造业31个行业专业化变动升降各半,新兴制造业崛起与高耗能、高污染行业退潮并行;成渝地区双城经济圈内部制造业集聚不平衡不充分的现象凸显,重庆、四川各有优势领域,未来协同发展前景广阔。根据结论,提出进一步优化行业布局、壮大新兴制造业、改造传统制造业的对策建议。

Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle is an important manufacturing town in the west of China.Understanding its manufacturing agglomeration level is helpful to break the industry bottleneck that restricts the high-quality development of regional real economy.Based on the data of economic circle in Chengdu-Chongqing area in 2011 and 2019,the level of manufacturing agglomeration is measured and analyzed by using location entropy index method.The results show that the overall agglomeration of manufacturing industry in economic circle of Chengdu-Chongqing area is not ideal,and there are few advantageous industries.From 2011 to 2019,the specialization of manufacturing industry in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle fluctuated by half,and the rise of emerging manufacturing industry was accompanied by the ebb of high energy consumption and high pollution industries.The imbalanced and insufficient manufacturing agglomeration in Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle is prominent.Chongqing and Sichuan have their respective advantages and have broad prospects for coordinated development in the future.According to the conclusion,the countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to further optimize the industry layout,strengthen the emerging manufacturing industry and transform the traditional manufacturing industry.
