软基真空预压动力固结排水三维仿真及沉降控制分析

摘要 以位于浙江某市的真空预压项目为研究案例,在理论计算设计的基础上建立MIDAS GTS NX三维有限元数值模型,进行现场真空预压动力固结排水技术的实践,分析对比过程监测与三维模型计算的结果,最终从地基变形规律角度研究该技术控制沉降的性能。结果表明,建立的三维模型可有效模拟该新型加固工艺的处理效果,真空预压阶段的沉降具有场地中心增大的效应,可利用短期低真空度的真空预压结合动力固结实现工后沉降的控制。 Taking the project located in Zhejiang Province as the research object,the MIDAS GTS NX was used to establish a three-dimensional finite element numerical model on the basis of theoretical calculation and design.The practice of vacuum preloading dynamic consolidation drainage technology on site is carried out,and the three-dimensional model for construction phase is explored.Simulation of the reinforcement technology is analyzed and compared with the results of process monitoring and 3D model calculation.Finally,the performance of the technology to control settlement is studied from the perspective of the law of ground deformation.The results show that the 3D model established can effectively simulate the new reinforcement technology.The settlement effect of the vacuum preloading stage has the effect of increasing the center of the site.It is concluded that the vacuum preloading dynamic consolidation drainage process can used short-term low vacuum preloading combined with dynamic consolidation to achieve effective control of post-construction settlement.
