铝合金铸件低压铸造智能生产岛的设计

摘要 以某项目为基础,生产商用车飞轮壳、新能源电机壳铸件,采用铝合金低压铸造工艺,以智能化生产实施为基本出发点,对各设备、各工序流程、各工序之间的衔接均设计数字化系统,完成整个智能生产岛的设计,为实现车间智能制造提供基础设备层条件。 Based on a certain project, the production of commercial vehicle flywheel shells and new energy motor shell castings adopts aluminum alloy low-pressure casting technology. Taking the intelligent production implementation as the basic starting point, the digital system has been designed for the connection among each equipment, each process flow, and each process in order to complete the design of the entire intelligent production island, which provides basic equipment layer conditions for the realization of workshop intelligent manufacturing.
