半固态镁合金注射成型机喷嘴压盖漏料原因及改进

摘要 半固态镁合金注射成型作为一种新型的镁合金触变成型工艺,具有能耗低、制品精度高、安全环保等优势,其应用越来越广泛。半固态镁合金注射机生产过程中出现频次最高、耗时最长的故障为喷嘴压盖漏料。结合实际生产工艺参数及曲线,分析喷嘴压盖漏料原因,提出改进措施,有效降低喷嘴压盖漏料频率,减小维修保养时间,提高生产效率。 Semi-solid magnesium alloy injection molding, as a new type of magnesium alloy thixoforming process, has the advantages of low energy consumption, high product precision, safety and environmental protection, and its application is more and more extensive. The most frequent and time-consuming fault in the production process of the semi-solid magnesium alloy injection machine is the leakage of the nozzle gland. In combination with the actual production process parameters and curves, the reasons for the leakage of nozzle gland have been analyzed, and improvement measures have been proposed to effectively reduce the frequency of leakage of nozzle gland, reduce maintenance time, and improve production efficiency.
