支架铸钢件分散缩孔缺陷及消除措施

摘要 覆膜砂壳型支架铸钢件,由于结构复杂,热节分散,铸造工艺设计只能立浇,冒口难以设置,非常容易出现缩孔缺陷。通过合理设置明暗冒口、设置补缩通道、配合外冷铁,可以消除分散热节造成的缩孔缺陷,生产出质量合格的支架类铸钢件。 Due to the complex structure of coated sand shell type bracket steel castings, the thermal joints are scattered, the casting process design can only be cast vertically, while the riser is difficult to set, and it is very prone to shrinkage cavity. By rationally setting light and dark risers, setting feeding channels, and cooperating with external cold iron, the shrinkage cavity defects caused by dispersing heat joints can be eliminated while the qualified bracket steel castings can be produced.
