摘要
以700 MPa级Ti强化热轧高强钢为研究对象,从焊接接头强度、硬度、冷弯、冲击性能以及显微组织等方面,对比了分别采用“ER60-G、ER69-G两种高强焊丝以80%CO_(2)+20%Ar做为保护气体”和“挂车改装厂普遍采用的ER50-6焊丝以CO_(2)单一保护气体”的焊接工艺。提出了挂车改装焊接工艺要以提高焊缝质量、延长整车寿命为主的优化建议。
It studies the strength,hardness,cold bending,impact properties and microstructure of the welded joint of 700 MPa grade Ti strengthened hot rolled high strength steel.It compares the welding technology of"ER60-G and ER69-G high strength welding wires with 80%CO_(2)+20%Ar as shielding gas"and"ER50-6 welding wires with CO_(2) as single shielding gas commonly used in trailer modification plant".The optimization suggestion that the welding process of trailer modification should mainly improve the weld quality and prolong the whole vehicle life is put forward.
