摘要
镰刀弯为中厚板常见的板形缺陷,是困扰中厚板生产的难点。本文就中间坯及轧辊温度均匀性、轧辊辊型、轧制速度、推床对中不正、操作技能等因素对中厚板轧制镰刀弯产生的影响进行了分析,并提出了对应的控制措施。通过对中间坯、轧辊温度均匀性进行排查,疏通更换喷嘴,优化轧制抛钢阶段速度,采用支撑辊VCL+工作辊平辊,提高推床平行度及对中性,优化推床在轧制过程中的开口度减少人为干预等措施,轧制10~20 mm薄规格钢板的镰刀弯问题得到了改善。
The camber is a common shape defect of medium and heavy plate,which is a difficult problem in the production of medium and heavy plate.In this paper,the influence of the temperature uniformity of intermediate billet and roll,roll profile,rolling speed,misalignment of pusher and operation skill on the production of the camber in plate rolling is analyzed.The corresponding control measures are put forward.By checking the temperature uniformity of the intermediate billet and roll,dredging and replacing the nozzle,optimizing the speed of casting stage,adopting the back-up roll VCL+work roll,improving the parallelism and alignment of the pusher,optimizing the opening of the pusher in the rolling process and reducing the artificial interference,the problem of the camber in rolling 10 mm to 20 mm thin gauge steel plate was improved.
