摘要 分析了河钢集团邯钢公司邯宝热轧厂700L大梁钢生产中遇到的问题,通过采取优化加热制度、微中浪轧制、层冷水精准调控、优化数模二级代码等措施,6 mm以下薄规格钢带不平度降低至6.5 mm以下,6 mm以上厚规格钢带纵切侧弯量由45 mm减少到10 mm以内,由于改判、规格变化和模型参数骤变导致的废次降量降低了80%,700L产品合格率提高到97%。 The problems encountered in the production of 700L Beam Steel in Hanbao hot rolling plant of HBIS Group Hansteel Company are analyzed.The measures such as optimization of heating schedule,micro-medium wave rolling,accurate regulation of layer cooling water and optimization of the secondary code of digital and analog are adopted,the unevenness of steel strip with thickness less than 6 mm is reduced to less than 6.5 mm,and the longitudinal and lateral bending of steel strip with thickness over 6 mm is reduced from 45 mm to less than 10 mm.As a result of revision,specification changes and sudden changes in model parameters lead to waste reduction of 80%,700L product qualification rate increased to 97%.
