“一带一路”背景下河北省钢铁企业国际化路径研究

STUDY ON THE INTERNATIONALIZATION PATH OF HEBEI STEEL ENTERPRISES UNDER THE BACKGROUND OF"BELT AND ROAD INITIATIVE"

新冠疫情使世界经济遭受重创,为应对世界格局的变化,中国适时提出了打造“双循环”新发展格局。实行以内需为根基的经济战略,基于内需为竞争鼓励企业打造国际化路径。我国钢铁行业在国际上占有相对优势,紧随时代发展,紧跟国家相关政策,立足于“十四五”规划,挖掘我国钢铁和“一带一路”沿线国家的钢铁合作,不仅是构筑互利共赢钢铁产业链的有效之举,也是推动共建“一带一路”高质量发展的重要一环。河北省作为我国的钢铁大省,钢铁产量遥遥领先其他省份,在我国占据至关重要的地位。后疫情时代,各国经济逐步重启,全球产业链正在加速重构,“一带一路”河北省钢铁国际化路径迫在眉睫。本文以河北省钢铁企业为研究对象,阐述了河北省钢铁企业的现状,剖析了其国际化发展面临的阻碍,分析了河北省钢铁企业国际化转型之路。在此基础上,提出提升技术效率、优化产品出口结构、推动产能域外转移、选择合适的市场营销方式、实现数字化转型为“一带一路”背景下河北省钢铁企业国际化的实施途径。

The covid-19 pandemic has severely damaged the world economy.In order to cope with the changes in the world pattern,China has timely proposed to create a"Double-cycle"new development pattern.To implement the economic strategy based on domestic demand,to encourage enterprises to create an international path for competition.Our steel industry enjoys a comparative advantage in the international arena.It follows the development of the Times and the relevant policies of the state,and is based on the 14th five-year plan(FYP)to tap into the steel cooperation between our steel industry and the countries along the"Belt and Road",it is not only an effective way to build a mutually beneficial and win-win steel industry chain,but also an important link to promote the joint construction of"Belt and Road"high-quality development.Hebei Province occupies a crucial position in our country as our country's steel province,steel output is far ahead of other provinces.In the post-pandemic era,as economies are restarting and global industrial chains are being restructured at an accelerated pace,the internationalization of Hebei Steel"Belt and Road"is an urgent task.Taking Hebei Iron and Steel enterprises as the research object,this paper expounds the present situation of Hebei Iron and Steel enterprises,analyzes the obstacles faced by their internationalization development,and analyzes the road of the internationalization transformation of Hebei Iron and steel enterprises.On this basis,the paper puts forward ways to promote technical efficiency,optimize the export structure of products,promote the overseas transfer of production capacity,select appropriate marketing methods,and realize the internationalization of Hebei Steel Enterprises under the background of digital transformation into"Belt and Road Initiative".
