“新工科”背景下大学生思想政治教育的价值蕴涵、现实瓶颈与发展路径

Value Implication,Realistic Bottleneck and Development Path of Ideological and Political Education of University Students Against the Background of“Emerging Engineering Education”

在“新工科”背景下,高等工程教育的内在需求和高校思想政治教育的指导思想高度契合,但是当前大学生思想政治教育面临着思政教育与专业教育不均衡、教育能力与教育意识不到位、教育内容与学生思维不匹配以及教育内容与教育方法不恰当等现实问题。对此,应当通过“三全育人”的实现将大学生思想政治教育融入“新工科”建设,提高高校政治站位,实现全员联动,构建协同育人机制;全程引领,打造完整育人链条;全方位渗透,组建多维育人格局。

Under the background of “emerging engineering education”, the internal demand of higher engineering education is highly consistent with the guiding ideology of ideological and political education in universities. However, the current ideological and political education is faced with some practical problems, such as imbalance between ideological and political education with professional education, the lack of education ability and educational awareness, the mismatch between educational content and students’ thinking, and the inappropriate educational contents and methods. Therefore, the ideological and political education of university students should be integrated into the construction of “emerging engineering education” through “three-in-one education”. Specifically, the first is to improve the political position of universities, realize the linkage of all staff, and build a collaborative education mechanism. The second is to to achieve whole-process guidance and build a complete education chain. The third is to achieve all-round coverage and establish a multi-dimensional education pattern.
