民办高校创新创业教育研究:意义、困境与路径

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education in Private Universities:Significance,Difficulty and Solution

民办高校开展创新创业教育,对于落实立德树人根本任务、助力国家创新驱动战略、促进民办高校内涵式发展,具有深远的意义。尽管民办高校在创新创业教育实践中取得了不少成绩,但也存在党组织作用未充分发挥、师资队伍建设滞后、学生认识存在误区等顽瘴痼疾亟待解决。针对上述困境,民办高校要从坚持党委全面领导、加强师资队伍建设、推进课程思政三个维度有针对性地提升创新创业教育能力。

Advancing innovation and entrepreneurship education in private universities has far-reaching significance for performing the fundamental task of morality education,assisting the national innovation-driven strategy,and promoting the connotative development of private universities.Although private universities have made lots of achievements in innovation and entrepreneurship education,there are still some difficulties that need to be resolved,such as the insufficient role of the Party committee’s decision making,the lag in the staff development and students’misunderstanding.To resolve these difficulties,it is argued in the article that the private universities should improve their capabilities in innovation and entrepreneurship education from three aspects,namely adhering to the overall leadership of the Party committee,strengthening staff development and promoting ideological and political education.
