精益医疗体系建立与医院战略关系研究

Research on the strategic relationship between the establishment of lean medical system and hospital

目的:了解医院战略与精益实施的关联,明确战略在精益实施过程中发挥的作用。方法:采用系统综述法,检索国内外“医院战略与精益医疗实施”的相关文献,整理、阅读相关文献,总结相关研究现状。结果:共发现21篇相关文献,分析文献内容发现:(1)医院战略影响精益实施的模式;(2)方针管理、X矩阵、卓越绩效运营模型可以将精益与战略相关联;(3)医院战略为精益实施提供支持并影响精益实施的方向和持续性;(4)精益实施促进医院战略目标的达成。结论:医院战略影响精益实施模式的选择,决定着精益实施的成败。维持精益实施的成果需要战略支持,精益实施也有助于医院达到预期战略目标。

Objective: Understand the relationship between lean implementation and hospital strategy, and clarify the role of strategy in lean implementation. Methods: Systematic review method was adopted to search domestic and foreign kinds of literature on the relationship between Lean implementation and hospital strategy, collate and read relevant kinds of literature with Endnote, and summarize relevant research status. Results: A total of 21 related kinds of literature were found and analyzed.(1) Hospital strategy affects the mode of lean implementation;(2) Policy management, X matrix and performance excellence operation model can associate lean with strategy;(3) Hospital strategy provides support for lean implementation and influences the direction and continuity of lean implementation;(4) Lean implementation promotes the achievement of hospital strategic goals. Conclusion: Hospital strategy influences the choice of lean implementation mode and determines the success or failure of lean implementation. Maintaining the results of lean implementation requires strategic support, and lean implementation also helps hospitals achieve the expected strategic goals.
