介绍了台州恩泽医疗中心(集团)运用卓越运营的变革模型,围绕授权-培养-共识-结果的实施框架,通过综合的绩效管理方法,整合管理系统,构建精益医疗持续改进与创新模式,从战略层面、组织层面、执行层面、能力培养层面,多管齐下,助推战略和战略目标实现,实现台州恩泽医疗中心(集团)高质量发展。
This paper introduced the transformation model of Taizhou Enze Medical Center(Group) using excellent operation, focusing on the implementation framework of authorization-cultivation-consensus-result, through a comprehensive performance management method, integrated management system, and built a continuous improvement and innovation model of lean medical care. At the level, organizational level, execution level, and ability training level, multi-pronged measures are used to promote the realization of strategies and strategic goals, and achieve high-quality development of Taizhou Enze Medical Center(Group).
