基于文献研究的精益管理在国内医院中的应用分析

Application analysis of lean management based on literature research in Chinese hospitals

目的:通过文献系统性综述,系统了解精益管理在国内医院的应用情况。方法:对相关数据库从建库到2022年2月的中文精益医疗文献进行系统检索。共检出623篇文献,其中330篇为精益管理方面的实践文章。结果:对330篇文献进行内容分析后发现,精益管理在国内医院主要应用于门诊、手术室、药房、后勤等领域;大多数医院将精益管理应用于单一项目,但已有一些医院开始采用全院系统化应用精益管理的路径,强调精益管理与战略结合。结论:目前精益主要用于提升医院的运营效率和降低运营成本。为应对不断变化的环境,精益管理将成为公立医院管理者需掌握的管理理论与工具之一,为提升医院运营管理水平起到重要作用。

Objective:Through systematic literature review,this study intends to systematically understand the application of lean management in Chinese hospitals.Methods:Through a systematic literature review,this paper systematically searched the Chinese lean medical literature up to February 2022.A total of 623 articles were detected,of which 330 were practical articles on lean management.Results:After analyzing the contents of these 330 literatures,it was found that lean management was mainly used in outpatient,operating room,pharmacy,logistics and other fields in Chinese hospitals;Most hospitals apply lean management to a single project,but some hospitals have begun to adopt the path of systematic application of lean management in the whole hospital and began to emphasize the combination of lean management and strategy.Conclusion:at present,lean is mainly used to improve the operation efficiency and reduce the operation cost of Chinese hospitals.In order to cope with the rapidly changing environment,lean management will become one of the management theories and tools that Chinese public hospital managers must master,and play an important role in improving the level of hospital operation and management.
