公立医院科技成果转化问题及对策研究

Research on problems and countermeasures of scientific and technological achievements transformation in public hospitals

公立医院承担着提供医疗服务和科学技术创新的双重任务。近年来,公立医院科技成果转化是实践和学术研究共同关注的热点。然而,目前公立医院科技成果转化仍然在转化的数量、价值、方式、层次和规模上有待提高。作者经过对当前研究和医院实践的梳理与分析,从思想认识、政策制度和具体实践方面提炼出了公立医院科技成果转化方面存在的问题,并在已有研究的基础之上,有针对性地提出了相关对策和建议,为未来研究与实践提供借鉴和启示。

Public hospitals undertake the dual tasks of providing medical services and innovating science and technology.In recent years,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in public hospitals has become a common focus in practice and academic research.However,at present,the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in public hospitals in China still needs to be improved in terms of the transformation quantity,value,mode,level and scale.After sorting out and analyzing,this paper extracted the problems existing in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in public hospitals from the aspects of ideological understanding,policy system and concrete practice,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions for these three aspects in turn on the basis of existing research.Through systematic analysis and discussion on the topic of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in public hospitals,this paper provides reference and inspiration for future research and practice.
