基于流程再造的院前院内多学科远程会诊模式探讨

Preliminary exploration of the integrated multi-disciplinary remote consultation model in the pre-hospital and the hospital based on process reengineering

急诊患者往往具有病情急、变化快、涉及学科多等特点,多需要院内会诊,缩短会诊时间能够有效挽救生命。本研究梳理传统急诊模式的国内外现状,结合现阶段远程医疗的发展,基于流程再造理论,构建出院前院内一体化多学科远程会诊模式。通过在安徽省某医院的试点,证明了该流程可以缩短就诊环节,降低院感概率,提高抢救成功率。

Emergency patients often have the characteristics of acute illness,rapid changes,and multiple disciplines,and often require in-hospital consultation.Shortening the consultation time can effectively save lives.This study sorts out the domestic and international status of the traditional emergency model,combines the current development of telemedicine,and builds an integrated multidisciplinary remote consultation model before discharge based on the theory of process reengineering.Through the pilot project in a hospital in Anhui Province,it is proved that this process can shorten the consultation process,reduce the probability of hospital feeling,and improve the success rate of rescue.
