新冠肺炎疫情下援外医疗工作实践与思考

Practice and thinking of foreign aid medical work under the COVID-19 pandemic

2020年9月~2022年3月,在新冠肺炎疫情蔓延的紧张态势下,中国第28批援几内亚医疗队逆行出征并圆满完成医疗援外任务。执行任务期间,医疗队从捐赠医疗设备和防疫物资、建立操作制度与规范、引入和开展新技术、加强人才培养和推动医院感染管理等多方面进行了创新管理与实践,帮助受援医院完善诊疗制度、提升医疗水平、加快人才培养和充分发挥医防协同优势,形成立体的援外医疗模式。本文介绍了本次医疗援外任务的实践与成效,并针对关键点开展思考与讨论,为以后更好完成援外任务提供参考。

From September 2020 to March 2022,under the tense situation of the spread of the COVID-19,China’s 28th batch of medical aid teams to Guinea set off retrograde and successfully completed the mission of medical aid to foreign countries.During the execution of the mission,the medical team carried out innovative management and practice in many aspects,including donating medical equipment and anti-epidemic materials,establishing operating systems and norms,introducing and developing new technologies,strengthening personnel training,and promoting hospital infection management,helping the recipient hospitals to improve diagnosis and treatment.System,improve medical level,speed up personnel training and give full play to the synergy advantages of medical and defense,and form a three-dimensional foreign aid medical model.This article introduces the practice and effectiveness of this medical foreign aid mission,and discusses and discusses key points to provide a reference for better completion of the foreign aid mission in the future.
