京张高速铁路多模态票务应用架构研究及应用示范 被引量:5

摘要 以京张高速铁路北京冬奥会赛事服务为研究对象,在铁路票务应用中引入多模态概念,研究构建了以多模态信息融合、多模态感知交互和多模态智能计算为核心的票务服务应用架构,指导研发了跨区域冬奥会场景下的京张高速铁路多模态票务服务关键技术,落地实施了多元化票制、票样、中英文自动售票机、铁路12306网站及APP英文版购票应用软件、无接触出站、智能语音导航等应用,形成了售票、验票、检票及客服全流程国际化票务服务闭环,实现了京张高速铁路售票服务国际化、票务应用智能化。研究成果在北京冬奥会和冬残奥会期间在京张高速铁路成功示范应用,为冬奥会期间京张高速铁路的优质高效运输提供了强有力的保障,并为以高速铁路保障大型赛事跨区域办赛提供了理论和实践基础。 Taking Beijing-Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway during the Beijing Winter Olympics as the research object,this paper introduced the multi-modal concept into railway ticketing service application and constructed the ticketing service application architecture with multi-modal information fusion,multi-modal perceptual interaction,and multi-modal intelligent computing as the core.The guidance is provided for key technologies related to the multi-modal ticketing service of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway during the cross-regional Winter Olympics.Applications of the diversified ticketing system,ticket samples,Chinese and English automatic ticket vending machines,12306 China Railway website,APP in English,contactless exit,and intelligent voice navigation were implemented.The research also formed a closed-loop international ticketing service in the whole process of ticket selling,ticket checking,and customer service,realizing the internationalization of ticket selling service and intelligent ticketing applications.The research results have been successfully demonstrated in Beijing-Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway during the Winter Olympics and Paralympic Winter Games,which provide a strong guarantee for high-quality and efficient transportation and a theoretical and practical basis for high speed railway to ensure cross-regional large-scale competitions.
