基于旅客满意度的冬奥高速铁路运力与多元需求匹配研究 被引量:1

摘要 京张高速铁路作为冬奥期间跨赛区的重要运输通道,承担了赛区间客流及时转运,提供冬奥高水平运输服务保障的任务。针对疫情环境下冬奥多元客流需求,从旅客舒适性、服务专业性、流线管控性、时间自由性、运输可靠性5个方面提出了面向冬奥等大型赛事的旅客满意度指标体系;构建层次分析模型确定多元旅客需求与可提供的多类运输模式间的适配方案,即运动员采用整列运输,冬奥注册人员采用分车厢运输,观赛人员和常规旅客采用零散运输。继而构建综合考虑高速铁路列车运营成本和旅客满意度的多目标优化模型并设计求解策略,实现高速铁路运力配置与多元客流需求的时段协调匹配。通过算例分析,证明了旅客满意度指标设计的合理性和算法模型的实用性。 Beijing-Zhangjiakou High Speed Railway,as one of the cross-regional transportation modes during the Winter Olympics,undertakes the task of timely transfer of passenger flow between the competition areas and provides a highlevel transportation service guarantee for the Winter Olympics.Given the multi-demand of the Winter Olympics under the epidemic situation,this paper put forward the passenger satisfaction index system for the Winter Olympics and other large-scale events from five aspects:passenger comfort,service professionalism,streamline control,time freedom,and transportation reliability.The paper also established an analytic hierarchy process(AHP)model to determine the adaptation scheme between the multi-demand and the various types of transportation modes available.The modes include whole vehicle transportation for athletes,separate carriage transportation for the registered personnel of the Winter Olympics,and scattered transportation for the spectators and regular passengers.Then,a multi-objective optimization model that comprehensively considered the operation cost of high speed trains and passenger satisfaction was built,and a solution strategy was designed,which achieved the hourly matching of high speed railway capacity allocation and multiple passenger flow demand.The example analysis proves that the design of the passenger satisfaction index is reasonable and the algorithm model is practical.
