摘要
铁路客站智能化水平的提升,带来了设备设施种类增长,迫切需要对产生的多模态数据进行融合分析,评估客站设备的智能化水平。以冬奥会高清视频转播为典型应用场景,通过分析数据多模态的异构融合方法,在综合比较不同融合方法的基础上,选择特征级的融合方式,并搭建铁路客站设备智能化评价体系。针对传统TOPSIS方法中主动赋权机制的弊端,采用“主观+客观”相结合的方法对评价指标权重进行优化,且运用CRITIC方法对权重进行准确性、合理性分析,最后通过组合赋权完成设备的智能化评价指标权重计算。通过分析改进TOPSIS方法的评价结果,得出权重占比较大的指标,从侧面较好地反映该典型场景下客运设备智能化程度,其综合评价结果为客站智能化评价提供参考方向。
The improvement of the intelligent level of railway passenger stations has brought about more types of equipment and facilities,consequently resulting in an urgent need to fuse and analyze the multimodal data generated and thereby assess the intelligent level of the passenger station equipment.Taking the high-definition video broadcasting during the Winter Olympics as a typical application scenario,this study analyzed the heterogeneous fusion methods for data multimodality.On the basis of comprehensively comparing different fusion methods,the study selected the featurelevel fusion mode and built an intelligent equipment evaluation system for railway passenger stations.Regarding the disadvantages of the active weighting mechanism in the traditional technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)method,a“subjective+objective”method was adopted to optimize the weights of the evaluation indexes,and the criteria importance through intercriteria correlation(CRITIC)method was employed to analyze the accuracy and rationality of the weights.Finally,the weights of the intelligent evaluation indexes of the equipment were calculated by combination weighting.Through the analysis of the evaluation results of the improved TOPSIS method,the index with a relatively large weight proportion was obtained,and it well reflected in an indirect manner the intelligent degree of the passenger station equipment in the typical scenario under discussion.The above comprehensive evaluation results provide a reference direction for the intelligent evaluation of passenger stations.
