摘要
结合生产实践,对煤化工聚烯烃行业挤压造粒机组运行中混炼机、熔融泵、切粒系统等的常见故障进行了分析。结果表明:通过规范操作、大数据整理分析以及设备改造,保证了挤压造粒机组长周期运行。
This paper introduces the common faults in mixer,melt pump and pelletizing system of polyolefin extruder in coal chemical industry.The results show that the long-term operation of the extruder is achieved by normalized operation,big data collection and analysis and equipment upgrading.
