摘要 综述了连续纤维增强热塑性复合材料的制备方法及应用。将超短玻璃纤维附着在连续玻璃纤维束上制备的连续玻璃纤维增强聚丙烯复合材料横向拉伸强度显著提高。添加相容剂、透明聚酰胺、聚酰胺流动改性剂、环氧树脂、热稳定剂、光稳定剂和成核剂制备的连续玄武岩纤维增强聚酰胺力学性能好、介电常数低。使用极性溶剂溶解聚醚酮酮并将碳纤维束在溶液中充分浸渍制备了连续碳纤维增强聚醚酮酮复合材料,碳纤维拉伸强度的利用率达到95%以上。 Preparation of continuous fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composites and their applications are summarized in this paper.The lateral tensile strength of continuous glass fiber reinforced composite prepared by ultra-short glass fiber attached to continuous glass fiber bundles is greatly enhanced.Continuous basalt fiber reinforced polyamide prepared by adding compatilizer,transparent polyamide,polyamide flow modifier,epoxy resin,heat stabilizer,light stabilizer and nucleating agent has excellent mechanical performance and low dielectric constant.As polar solvent is used to dissolve polyether ketone(PEKK)and the carbon fiber bundle is sufficiently impregnated in the solution,the utilization of the tensile strength of the prepared continuous carbon fiber reinforced PEKK composite can be above 95%.
