摘要
针对1台现有直线压缩机,结合质量-弹簧-阻尼系统和等效磁路法建立其数值模型,并对该模型进行有限元和实验验证。利用验证后的数值模型对该直线压缩机的运行工况和结构参数进行了敏感性分析,结果显示,运行工况对最优结构参数影响较小。最后使用粒子群算法(PSO)对该直线压缩机的直线电机进行多参数优化,优化后的电机效率达到了89.28%,相比于原始样机提高了2.46%,并进行了变运行工况下的有限元对比,数值优化电机效率结果与有限元结果的偏差在2.92%以内。
In view of an existing linear compressor,the mass-spring-damper system and the equivalent magnetic circuit method were used to establish a numerical model for the linear compressor.The model was verified by the finite element and experiment.The verified numerical model was used to conduct sensitivity analysis on the operating conditions and structural parameters of the linear compressor.The results show that the working conditions have less influence on the optimal structural parameters.Finally,the particle swarm optimization(PSO)was used to optimize multiple parameters of the linear motor of the linear compressor.Compared with the original prototype,the optimized motor efficiency reached 89.29%with an increase of 2.46%.The deviations between the numerically optimized results of motor efficiency and the finite element results are within 2.92%under variable operation conditions.
