大型预制送风管道弯头导流降阻特性仿真 被引量:4

摘要 为了研究超大型风管弯头中导流片不同设置形式所导致的不同内部流动和压力损失问题,针对某一大型风管段,分析了2片,4片和6片导流片的设置形式以及导流片集中、分散和均匀位置的安装方式对弯头和风管下游段的气流组织和压力损失影响。结果表明,随着导流片数量的增加,弯头内阻力系数逐渐降低,降幅从2.76%(2片)~5.85%(6片);导流片靠近弯头壁面两侧设置的降阻效果最佳,而导流片的集中分布则会增加系统2.35%的能耗。在有声学等特殊功能要求的不同类型建筑中,推荐导流片的设置位置应进行有针对性的设置。 In order to study the problems of different internal flow and pressure loss due to different settings of the elbow deflector in a large duct system,the influences of setup mode with 2,4 and 6 deflectors and installation modes with concentrated,dispersed and uniform positions of deflectors on air flow distribution and pressure loss in the elbow and downstream section of the air duct system were analyzed for a section of large duct system.The results show that with the increase of number of deflectors,the resistance coefficient in the elbow gradually decreases,from 2.76%(2 pieces)to 5.85%(6 pieces)comparing to that without reflector,making the deflectors set close to both sides of the elbow wall have best resistance reduction effect,while central distribution of deflectors will increase energy consumption of the system by 2.35%.For different types of building with special acoustic requirements,it is recommended to set up the deflectors pertinently.
