发动机连杆大头轴承润滑特性分析与优化

摘要 借助仿真软件对某四缸发动机连杆进行动力学计算,考察连杆大头轴承的润滑特性,并提出优化连杆大头刚度来改善大头轴承润滑特性的思路。经过对比分析发现:适当提高连杆大头刚度可以有效改善大头轴承的润滑特性,同时大大降低连杆大头处的应力,提高连杆使用耐久性。 The dynamics of connecting rod of a four cylinder engine was calculated by means of simulation software, and the lubrication characteristics of connecting rod big end bearing were investigated, and the idea of optimizing connecting rod stiffness to improve the lubrication characteristics of connecting rod bearing was put forward. Through comparative analysis, it is found that appropriately improve the stiffness of connecting rod big end can effectively improve the lubrication characteristics of connecting rod big end bearing, and at the same time greatly reduce the stress of connecting rod big end and improve the service durability of connecting rod.
