经济双循环是国家面对新的经济环境提出的适应本国国情的新发展格局。文章旨在论述双循环经济下制造业如何进行有效的成本管控、强化成本管理意识、建立成熟的成本管理系统和成本数据系统,以及如何有效发挥企业各部门的联动作用,从制造业企业的整个生产经营过程分析成本控制的具体举措,为制造业企业在双循环经济新发展格局下的成本控制提供思路。

The economic double cycle is a new development pattern proposed by the country to adapt to its own national conditions in the face of the new economic environment.This paper aims to describe how to effectively control costs in the manufacturing industry under the dual circular economy, strengthen the awareness of cost management, establish a mature cost management system and cost data system, and how to effectively play the linkage role of various departments of the enterprise, discuss the specific measures of cost control from the entire production and operation process of manufacturing enterprises, and provide ideas for manufacturing enterprises to control costs under the new development pattern of double circular economy.
