财务共享服务是将分散型财务管理转换为集中型财务管理的模式,可以从根本上解决中小企业财务管理资源短缺问题。文章以中小企业为例,简单介绍了财务共享服务的基本内容与特征,论述了财务共享服务在中小企业的应用框架,并对财务共享服务在中小企业的应用内容、效果进行了进一步研究,希望为财务共享服务在中小企业内部的应用提供一些参考。

Financial sharing service is a mode of transforming decentralized financial management into shared financial management, which can fundamentally solve the shortage of financial management resources of small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs).Therefore, taking SMEs as an example, this paper briefly introduces the basic contents and characteristics of financial shared services, discusses the application framework of financial shared services in SMEs, and further studies the application contents and effects of financial shared services in SMEs, hoping to provide some references for the application of financial shared services in SMEs.
