摘要 “Z世代”知识型员工正在逐步迈入职场,这群新生代力量将成为未来5~10年的职场主力军,成为企业生存发展的中坚力量。对“Z世代”知识型员工来说,单纯的物质奖励已经不能很好地起到激励作用,企业管理者应该转变观念,同时根据“Z世代”知识型员工的特征,结合其需求,制定新的有效的激励机制。文章通过对“Z世代”知识型员工进行分析,归纳其群体特征,针对该特征提出激励策略,意在为社会广大企业提供参考。 “Generation Z” knowledge workers are gradually entering the workplace.These new generation forces will become the main force in the workplace in the next 5~10 years and become the backbone of the survival and development of enterprises.For “generation Z” knowledge workers, pure material rewards can no longer play a good role in motivating them.Enterprise managers should change their concepts, and at the same time, according to the characteristics of “generation Z” knowledge workers and their needs, formulate new effective incentive mechanism.This paper analyzes the “generation Z” knowledge-based employees, summarizes their group characteristics, and proposes incentive strategies based on these characteristics, which is intended to provide reference for the majority of social enterprises.
