摘要
分子伴侣是一类在进化上高度保守的蛋白质,在细胞内起着协助生物大分子折叠、组装、运输及降解的作用,维持着细胞在不同生理条件下的稳态。分子伴侣在宿主的免疫应答、病毒感染和疾病发生的过程中发挥重要作用,近年来的研究表明,昆虫分子伴侣也可通过不同途径影响病毒的复制及增殖。本文梳理近年来有关昆虫分子伴侣的相关研究,综述家蚕等几种代表性昆虫的分子伴侣对病毒增殖的影响,以期为探索昆虫与病毒之间的互作机制提供新的思路。
Molecular chaperones are highly conserved proteins in evolution. They play a role in assisting the folding, assembly, transportation and degradation of biological macromolecules in cells, and maintaining the steady state of cells under different physiological conditions. Molecular chaperones play an important role in host immune response, virus infection and disease occurrence. Recent studies have shown that insect molecular chaperones can also affect virus replication and proliferation through different ways. This paper reviews the relevant researches on insect molecular chaperones in recent years, and summarizes the effects of molecular chaperones on virus proliferation in several representative insects such as the silkworm so as to provide new ideas for exploring the interaction mechanism between insect and virus.
