摘要
为了发展新型的水稻育秧模式,实现工厂化、规模化育秧,本文依据黑龙江省寒地水稻育秧苗营养需求,共参考设计4种含有不同成分的水稻营养液(N1、N2、N3、N4),通过两年的水培和育秧基质试验,确定了N3为适合寒地水稻无土育秧的最佳配方。多效唑(MET)处理对于水稻地上秧苗的植株形态调控效果优于萘乙酸(NAA)。通过对不同育秧盘、育苗方式、覆盖方式的筛选,最终确定基质成分为椰砖、草碳土、蛭石、粉碎稻壳,配方比例为3:2:2:1。进一步研究表明:在钵盘+N3营养液+改良基质的育秧组合秧苗素质最好,符合水稻育秧生产需要。为寒地水稻育秧的进一步改良打下基础。
In order to develop new type of rice seedlings cultivation mode,the implementation,scale seedlings factory,based on the cold rice seedlings seedlings nutritional requirements of Heilongjiang province,a total of four reference design for different ingredients of rice nutrient solution(N1,N2 and N3 and N4 interchange),through two years of hydroponics and raising seedling substrate test,determine the N3 is the best recipe for soiless cold rice seedlings.Paclobutrazole(MET)treatment was more effective than naphthoacetic acid(NAA)in regulating plant morphology of aboveground rice seedlings.Through the screening of different seedling trays,seedling rearing methods and mulching methods,the matrix composition was finally determined as coconut brick,grass carbon soil,vermiculite and crushed rice husk,and the formula ratio was 3:2:2:1.Further study showed that the seedling quality was the best in alms plate+N3 nutrient solution+improved substrate,which was in line with the needs of rice seedling production.It lays the foundation for further improvement of rice seedling in cold region.
