摘要 智慧建筑是时代技术发展的必然产物,智慧建筑应解决智能建筑建设中长期存在的难题。未来的智慧建筑是物联网扁平化架构,将树状结构建筑智能化的大部分子系统软化为功能模块,将大大降低硬件系统成本及设计施工成本。新一代的信息化管理平台将在智慧建筑中发挥重要作用。人工智能、大数据等软件技术将使得建筑智慧化。 Smart building is the inevitable product of the technological development of the times. Smart building should solve the long-standing problems in the construction of intelligent buildings. The future smart building is a flat architecture of the Internet of things. Softening most subsystems of building intelligence with tree architecture into functional modules will greatly reduce the hardware system cost and design and construction cost. The new generation of information management platform will play an important role in smart building. Artificial intelligence, big data and other software technologies will make buildings smart.
