浅谈建筑智能化施工管理中存在的问题及对策

Talking About the Existing Problems and Countermeasures in the Intelligent Building Construction Management

文章主要对建筑智能化系统进行简要概述,同时结合某人民医院智能化系统设计对建筑智能化系统实施中存在的设计文件粗糙不完整、多专业多设计单位协调以及二次深化图纸等问题进行分析与探讨,最后提出具有专项设计资源的设计院,设计前期进现场实地勘察,加强各专业有效沟通机制的解决方法和措施。

The paper mainly gives a brief overview of the building intelligent system. Based on the intelligent system design of a people’s hospital, it analyzes and discusses the problems existing in the implementation of the building intelligent system, such as rough and incomplete design documents, coordination of multiple specialties and design units, and secondary deepening drawings.Finally, it puts forward the solutions and measures for the design institutes with special design resources to conduct field investigation in the early stage of design and strengthen the effective communication mechanism of each profession.
