现如今,时代的快速进步与发展,提升了人们的生活水平和城镇化水平,在这种发展背景下,我国建筑数量日益剧增,而我国很多建筑在设计过程中依然采用陈旧的方法,导致资源浪费。预制装配式建筑凭借自身的优势在我国得到广泛推行,将BIM技术应用于预制装配式建筑住宅设计中,能够提升设计质量,有利于加快施工进度。

Nowadays, the rapid progress and development of the times has improved people’s living standards and urbanization level. Under this development background,the number of buildings in China is increasing day by day, however, many buildings in China still adopt old methods in the design process, which leads to unnecessary waste of resources. Prefabricated buildings are widely implemented in China by virtue of their own advantages. The application of BIM technology to the residential design of prefabricated buildings can improve the design quality and speed up the construction progress.
