为深化“放、管、服”改革,压缩房产交易办理时间,本文将“互联网+”政务服务理念运用到房产交易、登记和缴税工作中,通过利用GIS、云计算和移动互联等先进技术,优化“互联网+房产交易”流程,构建线上线下一体化的“互联网+房产交易”新服务体系,搭建“互联网+房产交易”平台,实现房产交易监管“一张图”和房产交易业务“一网通办”等功能,全面提高房产交易的管理效率和服务水平,增强企业和公众获得感和满意度。

For deepening the reform of “put,tubes,wear”,compression property transactions to deal with time,this article applied “Internet+” e-government service idea to the real estate transaction,registration and tax work,through the use of advanced technology such as GIS,cloud computing and mobile Internet,optimize “Internet+real estate transaction”process,build “Internet+” property of the integration of online trading new service system.The “Internet+real estate transaction” platform has been set up to realize functions such as “one map” for real estate transaction supervision and “one network for real estate transaction business”,comprehensively improving the management efficiency and service level of real estate transaction,and enhancing enterprises and the public’s sense of gain and satisfaction.
