致密油井缝网压裂后放喷速度研究

摘要 B区块为致密油藏,采用缝网压裂后弹性能量驱的方式进行开发。具有压裂液规模大、初期井口压力高、压裂后有采无注、压力下降快的特性。压裂后采用何种放喷速度既能够快速见油,又能够保证地层能量长期产油的效果是我们的目标。文中以制定合理压裂后放喷速度为目的,以预防出砂为基础,通过开展不同放喷速度的现场试验,对比分析不同放喷速度的见油时间、含水恢复速度、一年内的累积产量情况、返排率以及返排率和累积产量的关系,最终给出适合B区块压裂后的放喷速度。 Block B is a tight reservoir and it is developed by elastic energy flooding after fracture mesh fracturing.It has the characteristics of large fracturing fluid scale,high initial wellhead pressure,no injection after fracturing and fast pressure drop. After fracturing, the goal is to find oil quickly and maintain the effect of formation energy on long-term oil production. For the purpose of formulating reasonable blowout velocity after fracturing and based on the prevent sand production,we conduct different field test of blowout velocity and analyse the oil recovery time,water cut,cumulative production situation,the flowback rate within a year and the relationship between the flowback rate and cumulative production to provide suitable blowout velocity after fracturing for block B.
