摘要
单一的抽油机井节能技术适用油井工况有限,难以提升油田整体机采系统效率。通过对抽油机井节点能耗损失分析,确定损失环节主要存在相互影响的地面拖动和井下杆管泵两种因素。提出以保障油井供排平衡为前提,以优化设计能耗更低的举升参数为策略。根据参数优化设计结果,地面合理选型节能减速设备,优化冲程、冲次,井下调整泵径、泵挂,节能技术集成应用,实现不同工况抽油机井系统效率提升。研究成果在新疆油田2个稀油老区进行了规模应用,实施的57口井平均系统效率提升了4.8%,节能率20.1%,投资回收期2.21 a,经济效益显著。该成果对老区机采系统提效和新区源头管控具有重要指导意义。
The single pumping unit energy-saving technology is only applicable to the working conditions of oil wells and it is difficult to improve the efficiency of the overall mechanical production system.Through the analysis of the energy loss nodes, it is determined that the loss links mainly focuses on the ground drag and the downhole rod and tube pump with affecting each other.The optimization strategy of lifting parameters with lower energy consumption is proposed on the premise of ensuring the balance of supply and discharge of oil wells.Based on the results of parameter optimization,reasonable selection of energy-saving deceleration equipment on the ground,optimization of strokes and strokes,adjustment of pump diameter and pump hanging downhole and integrated application of energy-saving technology can be improved and realized the efficiency of the pumping unit system under different working conditions.The research results have been applied on a large scale in two old thin oil areas in Xinjiang oilfield. The average system efficiency of the 57 wells implemented has increased by 4.8 percentage points, especially the energy-saving rate has been 20.1% and the investment recovery period has been 2.21 years. With significant economic benefits, this achievement has a guiding significance for the efficiency of the mechanical system in the old area and the source control in the new area.
