肿瘤细胞减灭术后行腹腔热灌注5-FU+卡铂化疗联合静脉化疗治疗晚期卵巢癌的效果观察

Effect of intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion of 5-FU and carboplatin chemotherapy combined with intravenous chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced ovarian cancer after tumor cell reduction

目的观察肿瘤细胞减灭术后行腹腔热灌注5-FU+卡铂化疗联合静脉化疗对晚期卵巢癌的效果。方法选取河南省平煤神马医疗集团总医院98例晚期卵巢癌患者,随机分为两组。比较两组患者的临床疗效差异。结果相比对照组,研究组客观缓解率显著升高、(P<0.05)。两组患者术后发热及肛门排气时间、心血管系统毒性及肾功能损伤的情况差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组术后腹胀时间持续6~7 d的患者、骨髓抑制、肝功能损伤及胃肠道反应的情况明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤细胞减灭术后行腹腔热灌注5-FU+卡铂化疗联合静脉化疗可有效改善晚期卵巢癌的临床疗效,明显减少机体不良反应的发生,提高患者的生存质量,具有较高的有效性和良好的安全性,值得临床应用。

Objective To study the effect of intraperitoneal hot perfusion of 5-FU and carboplatin chemotherapy combined with intravenous chemotherapy on advanced ovarian cancer after tumor cell reduction.Methods A total of 98patients with advanced ovarian cancer in the General Hospital of Pingmei Shenma Medical Group in Henan Province were selected and randomly divided into two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the objective remission rate in the study group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Postoperative fever and anal exhaust time,cardiovascular system toxicity and renal function damage were observed in the two groups(P>0.05).The patients with abdominal distension,bone marrow suppression,liver function damage,and gastrointestinal reactions in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion of 5-FU and carboplatin chemotherapy combined with intravenous chemotherapy after tumor cell reduction can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of advanced ovarian cancer,significantly reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions and improve the quality of life of patients.It has high effectiveness and good safety,and is worthy of clinical application.
