摘要
在Abaqus中建立了铝蜂窝夹层结构详细模型,选取三明治夹芯板理论和Y模型理论对蜂窝夹层结构进行等效分析,建立了等效低速冲击有限元模型,通过对比动力学仿真中等效模型与详细模型的接触力时间曲线、冲击损伤深度。结果表明:等效模型减少了建模及仿真计算时间,仿真结果与详细模型十分接近。
A detailed model of the aluminum honeycomb sandwich structure was established in the Abaqus software. Sandwich panel theory and Y model theory were selected to make equivalent analysis of the honeycomb sandwich structure. The equivalent finite element model under low-velocity impact was established. The time curve of the contact force, and impact damage depth between the equivalent model and the detailed model were compared in dynamics simulation. The results show that the equivalent model reduces a lot of modeling and simulation calculation time, and simulation results are very close to the detailed model.
