2020年我院ICU鲍曼不动杆菌的分布及耐药性分析

摘要 目的分析2020年泉州市鲤城区江南医院重症监护病房(ICU)鲍曼不动杆菌的分布情况及耐药性,为临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法选取2020年1月—12月泉州市鲤城区江南医院ICU患者送检标本中分离出305株致病菌中的94株鲍曼不动杆菌作回顾性分析。结果2020年泉州市鲤城区江南医院ICU共检出致病菌株305株,其中94株为鲍曼不动杆菌,占所有检出菌株的30.8%。标本来源痰液标本占比最多(占60.6%),其次是尿液(占14.9%)。耐药性分析显示鲍曼不动杆菌对哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢唑林、头孢噻肟、呋喃妥因耐药性最高(100%),其次是氨曲南,耐药率为85.1%,对阿米卡星耐药性最低(6.4%)。结论泉州市鲤城区江南医院ICU鲍曼不动杆菌的耐药率普遍较高,应加强细菌耐药性监测,合理应用抗生素。 Objective To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii in intensive care unit(ICU)of our hospital in 2020,and to provide basis for clinical rational use of antibiotics.Methods From January to December2020,94 strains of acinetobacter baumannii were isolated from 305 pathogenic bacteria collected from ICU patients in our hospital and analyzed retrospectively.Results A total of 305 pathogenic strains were detected in ICU of our hospital in 2020,among which 94 were Acinetobacter baumannii,accounting for 30.8%of all detected strains.Sputum samples accounted for the most(60%),followed by urine(15%).Drug resistance analysis showed that acinetobacter baumannii had the highest drug resistance(100%)to piperacillin/tazobactam,cefazolin,cefotaxime and furantoin,followed by amtronam with a drug resistance rate of 85.1%,and the lowest drug resistance to amikacin(6.4%).Conclusions The drug resistance rate of ACinetobacter baumannii in ICU of our hospital is generally high.It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of bacterial drug resistance and rational use of antibiotics.
