急性冠脉综合征患者心电图和责任动脉的关系分析

Relationship between electrocardiogram and responsible artery in patients with acute coronary syndrome

目的分析急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者心电图和责任动脉的关系。方法选择2019年4月—2020年3月运城市第一医院收治的80例ACS患者与同期健康体检者79例,分别设置为观察组和对照组。均给予心电图检查,对2组心率变异性(HRV)指标进行比较。同时将ACS发生室性心律失常的患者分为Lown分级Ⅲ~Ⅳ级组(恶性室性心律失常组37例),Lown分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级组(非恶性室性心律失常组43例),对其HRV指标进行比较,分析ACS患者心电图和责任动脉的关系。结果观察组患者的HRV指标低于对照组,且Lown分级Ⅲ~Ⅴ级组HRV指标低于Lown分级Ⅰ~Ⅱ级组,差异具有统计学上意义(P<0.05)。结论HRV对于ACS患者的病情发展判断具有极大的参考作用,值得临床借鉴。

Objective To analyze the relationship between electrocardiogram and responsible artery with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods The subjects of this experiment were 80 patients with ACS and 79 healthy patients in our hospital from April 2019 to March 2020.ACS patients were set as the observation group and healthy patients as the control group.Both groups were given ECG examination,and the heart rate variability(HRV)indexes of the two groups were compared.At the same time,the patients with ventricular arrhythmia in ACS group were divided into lown grade III-V group(37 cases of malignant ventricular arrhythmia group)and lown grade I-II group(43 cases of non malignant ventricular arrhythmia group).The HRV indexes of the two groups were compared to analyze the relationship between ECG and responsible artery in ACS patients.Results Through comparative study,it was found that the HRV index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the HRV index of lown grade III-V group was lower than that of lown grade I-II group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion HRV data has a great reference role for judging the development of ACS patients.Therefore,HRV data can be fully used for reference in judging whether patients have ACS.
