发动机燃油总管组件流量试验平台研发

Research of flow test platform for engine fuel manifold assembly

摘要 针对传统试验装置自动化程度弱、测量精度差、试验效率低、操作人员要求高等缺点,设计研发了一套专用于某型发动机的燃油总管组件的泵压式、多功能、高精度流量特性试验平台。该平台通过对高压燃油输送/调节系统、分布式重力传感器称重单元、气动执行机构、智能化测控软件等非标系统的开发与集成,实现了对带喷嘴的燃油总管组件产品流量特性的可靠测量,试验结果表明:该试验平台具有供油压力范围宽(0.04~12 MPa)、调节精度高(±0.02 MPa)、供油流量范围大(0~15 L/min)以及测量精度高(±0.4%)、操作界面友好等特点。 Aiming at the shortcomings of traditional test equipment,such as weak automation,poor measurement accuracy,low test efficiency and high operator requirements,a set of pump pressure,multi-function and high-precision flow characteristics test platform was designed and developed for a certain engine fuel main assembly.Through the development and integration of non-standard systems such as high-pressure fuel conveying/regulating system,distributed gravity sensor weighing unit,pneumatic actuator and intelligent measurement and control software,the platform realizes the reliable measurement of the flow characteristics of fuel main assembly products with nozzles.The test results show that the test platform has the characteristics of wide oil supply pressure range(0.04~12 MPa),high adjustment accuracy(±0.02 MPa),wide oil supply flow range(0~15 L/min),high measurement accuracy(±0.4%)and friendly operation interface.
