纯电动商用车气压驻车制动线控技术研究

摘要 为了提高纯电动商用车的智能化水平和安全性,研发了气压式驻车制动线控技术。对某纯电动商用车气压式制动系统进行了详细分析,设计了其驻车制动线控化系统结构,主要由充气电磁阀、放气电磁阀、差动继动阀和气压传感器组成;设计了包括电控硬件、软件和测试数据采集系统的电控系统;对研发的纯电动商用车气压式驻车制动线控技术进行了验证,完成了坡道驻车和起步自动释放、拔钥匙自动驻车等典型测试,结果表明,纯电动商用车气压式驻车制动线控技术实现了预期的设计功能,驾驶性能良好,提升了车辆智能化水平和安全性。 In a bid to improve the vehicular intelligence and safety and then to improve the electric commercial vehicle’s performance,a control by wire technology for pneumatic braking system was presented.The framework of pneumatic parking brake by wire for an electric commercial vehicle was given,it is mainly combined with a inflating solenoid valve,a bleeder solenoid valve,a differential relay valve and a gas pressure sensor.Then the control system,namely the electronic hardware,software and the testing data acquisition system was designed.The proposed system of parking brake by wire was thoroughly verified.The typical testing results of parking and automatic release on the ramp,automatic parking as the driver pulls out the keys without parking show that the proposed pneumatic parking brake by wire for the pure electric commercial vehicle has good safety and drivability.
