摘要 职业教育数字化转型是大势所趋,也是当务之急。数字经济的快速发展、新冠疫情的持续演变和教育内生的发展需求共同驱动职业教育数字化转型。职业教育数字化转型为重构职业教育生态系统提供新动力,为深化职业教育校企合作提供新方案,为革新职业教育教学模式提供新手段。为了更好地推进职业教育数字化转型,需要以理念为引领,以实现职业教育高质量发展为出发点、以培养高素质技术技能人才为落脚点,创思职业教育数字化转型之“志”;以制度为保障,研制教育数字化转型战略框架标准、健全师生数字化素养提升培训机制,创设职业教育数字化转型之“制”;以数据为驱动,提升职业教育数据治理能力、推动职业教育评价方式变革,创新职业教育数字化转型之“治”;以资源为基础,完善国家职业教育智慧教育平台、加强职业院校数字校园建设,创造职业教育数字化转型之“质”,从而培养更多高素质技术技能人才、能工巧匠、大国工匠。 The digital transformation of vocational education is a major trend and an urgent need.The rapid development of digital economy,the continuous evolution of the COVID-19 and the endogenous development demand of education jointly drive the digital transformation of vocational education.The digital transformation of vocational education creates new impetus to reconstruct the vocational education ecosystem,while providing new solutions to deepen school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education,and new means to innovate the teaching mode of vocational education.To better promote the digital transformation of vocational education,it is necessary to create the“ambition”of the digital transformation of vocational education by taking the concept as the guide,realizing the high-quality development of vocational education as the starting point,and training high-quality technical and skilled personnel as the foothold;with the system as the guarantee,it develops the strategic framework standards for the digital transformation of education,improves the training mechanism for teachers and students’digital literacy,and establishes a“system”for the digital transformation of vocational education;driven by data,it improves the data governance ability of vocational education,promotes the reform of vocational education evaluation methods,and innovates the“governance”of digital transformation of vocational education;based on resources,it improves the national vocational education intelligent education platform,strengthens the construction of digital campus in vocational colleges,and creates the“quality”of digital transformation of vocational education,so as to cultivate more high-quality technical talents,skilled craftsmen and artisans of great powers.
