摘要
为解决冶炼厂固废处置难题,本文针对湖南某冶炼厂产生的铅锌烟灰和窑渣有害固废,开展了制备熔炼团块试验研究。基于固废物料的组分和形貌特性,提出烟灰掺合窑渣制备熔炼团块的技术方案,并对采用冷压冲击制备的团块进行了性能检验。研究结果表明:生团块落下强度随成型压力的增加先升高后降低,提高烟灰混合料水分含量有利于提高烟灰生团块的落下强度,但抗压强度和干团块的落下强度都有所降低。在压力为250 kg/cm^(2)、水分应为13%条件下,生团块+40 mm粒级占比达到99.05%,烟灰掺合窑渣干团块落下强度为88.71%,团块抗压强度远超过考核要求。此外,冷冲压制备的团块具有比烧结矿更好的中温热态性能。
In view of the harmful solid waste of lead-zinc ash and kiln slag produced by a smelter in Hunan, an experimental study on the preparation of smelting pellets is carried out.Based on the composition and morphological characteristics of solid waste materials, the technical scheme of smelting pellets of lead-zinc ash and kiln slag is put forward, and the performance of pellets prepared by cold pressing is tested.The research shows that the falling strength of raw agglomerates first increases and then decreases with the increase of forming pressure.Increasing the moisture content of dust mixture is conducive to improving the falling strength of raw agglomerates, but the compressive strength and the falling strength of dry agglomerates are reduced.Under the condition that the pressure is 250 kg/cm^(2) and the moisture content should be 13%,the ratio of + 40 mm grade raw agglomerates reaches 99.05%,the falling strength of dry agglomerates of kiln slag with ash ratio is 88.71%,and the compressive strength of agglomerates far exceeds the assessment requirements.In addition, the pellets prepared by cold pressing have better medium temperature thermal properties than sinter.
