轻钢龙骨结构墙体蒙皮效应参数分析

摘要 在传统设计中,轻钢龙骨结构的结构构件基本不考虑围护结构的受力影响,一般围护结构的刚度不予考虑。作为结构的安全储备,传统设计理念中认为这是更加安全的设计,但是通过实际工程案例对比会发现不考虑围护结构的受力影响也有可能带来一系列的安全隐患。本文通过ABAQUS软件对轻钢龙骨墙体进行有限元分析,并对轻钢龙骨墙体龙骨间距以及开洞率进行参数化分析。结果表明:轻钢龙骨结构中龙骨间距越大,墙面受力比例越高,蒙皮效应越明显;轻钢龙骨墙体开洞率越大,墙面受力比例越小,蒙皮效应越弱,当轻钢龙骨墙体开洞率到80%时,轻钢龙骨墙体承载力以及压型钢板传力比例急剧下降,蒙皮效应几乎为零。本文结论可为轻钢龙骨实践工程的墙体设计提供一定参考。 In the traditional design, the structural members of the light steel keel structure basically do not consider the force of the envelope structure, and the stiffness of the general envelope structure is basically ignored.As the safety reserve of the structure, it is considered to be safer in the traditional design concept.However, through the comparison of actual engineering cases, it will be found that not considering the force impact of the envelope structure may also bring a series of safety hazards.In this paper, the finite element model analysis of the light steel keel wall is carried out by ABAQUS software, and the parametric analysis of the keel spacing and the opening rate of the light steel keel wall is carried out.The final analysis shows that: In the light steel keel structure, the larger the keel spacing is, the higher the wall force ratio is, and the more obvious the skin effect is;the larger the opening rate of the light steel keel wall, the smaller the wall force ratio and the weaker the skin effect, when the opening rate of the light steel keel wall reaches 80%,the bearing capacity of the light steel keel wall and the force transmission ratio of the profiled steel plate drop sharply, the skin effect is little.The results can provide reasonable reference for wall design of light steel keel engineering.
